Add to Digg Add to Reddit Add to Technorati Add to StumbleUpon Apple yesterday released iTunes 7.2 (build 34) which includes the foundation for "iTunes Plus," the apparent name for what Apple is calling the new DRM-free (US$1.29) music tracks they announced in April with EMI. No word on what else is included in the 29.2MB download but who wants to bet that it breaks the QTFairUse6 (version 2.5) hack to decrypt purchased music? In other news Apple also patched QuickTime up to version 7.1.6 (1.4MB) which "improves security." Both are waiting in your Software Update.
