TechTarget have just announced the acquisition of
TechnologyGuide and
Ajaxian. The terms of the acquisition haven't been disclosed. Ajaxian and Techtarget are already co-organizing
The AJAX Experience conference which will be held on July 24-26, 2007 in San Fransisco. While the acquisition of Ajaxian date from late February according to the press release, we didn't notice any change on the website since that date. Ajaxian did not comment yet on the acquisition.
TechTarget acquired Ajaxian, Inc., a leading Web site and conference which provides content for the community of developers for " Ajax" (Asynchronous Javascript and XML), a web development technique for creating interactive web applications.[...] he addition of Ajaxian.com is consistent with TechTarget’s mission to develop content to support IT professionals using leading edge technologies.
